Thinking Out Loud

Just some random thoughts on stuff in general.
The most important piece of equipment in your tool box
is that grey stuff between your ears You might not have
an high IQ or be a Rhodes scholar, But using your head
first is your best tool for not only survival, but your day to day life.
My Pap used to say 5 minutes of work with your brain beats 5 hours
of work with your back.

I upgraded The Oroborous Store last night I put in allot of must have items and some name brand products. Cold Steel, Shrade and a few others.
I'm trying to round out the choices and have added a few axes and throwing hawks.
All of the products are ones that I've a good bit of familiarity with. A featured item is the
Paratrax Bowie Knife w/ Removable Handle Blade

Paratrax Bowie Knife. It's a good choice for the price as it will give many years of service.

I'm not making any real cash off the store but instead get gift cards for which to purchase more goods for my preps.

Lastly I want to point out some bloggers out there.
Staying Alive has a great blog.
So does Mayberry over a Keep It Simple Survival.
Lets not forget Wretha's Off grid Adventures.
Let me add the Tent Lady Living in a Yurtee in Alaska year round.
SHTF blog does a fine job, but I don't understand his circumcision post.
What the living Sam Hell was that about? Must have been a slow day.
Good Job Guys and Gals.

There are more and I didn't forget you. Just look at my links to the left
and select one and go.
Sometimes we get too serious and I have to post some laughs.
You gotta laugh nowadays or start crying.

Thank you for including me in your circle. One of the first things we discussed after we knew about the Big Plan was the number of necessary skills we don't have. Blacksmithing was at the top of my daughter's list of things she needs to learn. At almost 52, I'm still amazed that I finally learned to use a chainsaw.

If you ever make it up to these parts, you have a spot in our camp.

I consider you all to be doers and not just talkers... I'm glad to have met each of you through this wonder of modern communication ...this interweb thingy.
I wish you all the best in all that you do. Dragon
